Parking in Vancouver?

I have reserved a parking spot at Vinci parking. Can anyone help me with the logistics? How far is it from the terminal? Should I drop family and baggage off at the terminal first? How much time do I need to plan for (I have an early checking time).Is it a challenge to pick up my voucher? Any help/suggestions are appreciated.

The parking garage is under the cruise ship terminal. A location to drop your baggage with the porters also is in the parking garage. After you drop your baggage you can find go find a parking spot. Then you just take an elevator up to the cruise ship terminal. Remember you must use the receipt they sent you with the barcode to enter and exit the garage. The office to pick up the voucher is located near the exit lanes on level P1. I think it took less than 15 minutes to drop our baggage, park and enter the cruise ship terminal.

The big white "sails" you see are on the pier. A ship can pull in just to the right of them. Ships can also be on the other side. But it's all part of Canada Place/Pan Pacific. And you can see that the parking is *right there*.

Thank you for the info. My email receipt had a bar code, do I also need to pick up a voucher, or is that it?

You need both. You scan to enter the garage and then scan to exit. After scanning to exit the machine will calculate the parking charges and ask for payment. You will insert the voucher as the payment (the voucher is the same shape and size as a credit card) and the gate opens.
