Parking Fee?

Hi all,
I have a split stay coming up in August (BCV/WL) and we drive from NJ. The stay is booked on points but my father is the actual member and won't be traveling with us. Will I be charged a daily parking fee since I'm not the member or will it just go by the reservation which is booked on member points? Just trying to get clarification so I can budget correctly.

No, I don’t think you will be charged for parking since it’s on points, but someone please correct me if I’m wrong.

No. It’s against Florida state law to charge either timeshare owners or their guests for use of common elements that include parking.

The purpose of the law is to prevent owners from being nickeled and dimed out of fair use of a real estate interest.

You won’t be charged parking if staying on points, yours or not.
