By the way you also can't call the front desk of any resort. All calls go to a call center.

I would still like a non snarky answer to the question I asked. Why would you call looking for an answer to a question when you already know what the policy is?

I'm glad you have a backup plan because what the phone CM told you will make zero difference with the folks at the resort. I have 1st hand experience with this.

After all it's Disney, they don't have to do good customer service
