Parking fee at night

Hi all, I am not buying tickets for the park but was looking at the movie and meal deal for 1 night to visit Citywalk. I thought I had read somewhere that after 6pm the parking fee was reduced but can only see where this applies to Florida residents. Can anybody help? Thanks

It is only reduced for FLorida residents and not during HHN.
