Parking: California Grill brunch before BLT check-in

We are staying at Bay Lake Tower but have a 10:15am brunch reservation at California Grill. Should we park at the Contemporary or BLT?

Also, I'm also not sure if our magic bands will be working yet so what will we need to show the parking attendants, our plans in the My Disney Experience app?

Any other pro-tips? This is our first time staying and eating here.

Since they share the parking lot (actually BLT is add on to the CR) and often times the CR guests are directed to park in the lot closer to BLT I would suggest parking on that side for ease with your luggage. I believe if you do online check in your MB should work for parking and accessing BLT even without a room assigned.

You can check in as early as between 6-7AM. Your room likely will not be ready. But you can use all Resort amenities as soon as you check in
