Has anyone used the 'Parking at St Pancras' service???
How did you find the service??

It is £12.50 per day for a paking space, we will need 5 days when we go to DLP so it will cost us £62 to park our car.

We thought it will be much easier to drive up to St Pancras and park our car instead of catching a train or coach as we have to be at the station early when we depart to go to DLP and we will arrive back in London St Pancras late on the way back. So we thought it would be much easier to have our own car to make our way to the station and make our way back home.
(We live in bournemouth which is over 2hrs away from the station) and will be travelling with a (almost 3yr old) :scared1:

Has anyone taken their car and used the St Pancras parking service and can recommend this?? Was it a good easy service, did you feel your car was safe??

Many thanks :goodvibes

Why not drive to Ashford or Ebbsfleet? It will be less busy.

We are already booked to leave from St Pancras unfortunately :confused3
We thought it would be a good idea and a easier option to drive up to St Pancras and use their parking service, but at the same time we are feeling a bit nervous about leaving our car there for 5 days!
Hopefully it should be safe, well it better be for £62 :rotfl: :rotfl:

Im not sure but i think its in Kent, i just GOOGLED it but didnt read it properly as my 2yr daughter is screaming in my ear :rotfl:
Im off to put her to bed now!

Ebbsfleet is a new station for the Eurostar by Bluewater shopping centre I think.

I do not think they have a direct service to Disneyland yet. I hope they do soon as it would be great for me.

hi

probably a little late - if your all booked, but I wouldn't recommend traveling from st p from anywhere south of basingstoke

much easier is ashford - parking costs the same, and you'll appreciete the hours head start on the return, especially not having to fight your way out of town after a long day after doing last minute park stuff and the train back

What is the link for parking at St Pancras as I looked and looked and coulnt find parking there,

Ebbsfleet is the new station just south of the dartford crossing.

Interested in this thread because we are off in August, and are still trying to work out how to get to St Pancras!

Yes if it is easier get on at ashford, as your ticekt should still be valid as Emma found out today also.
Call and find out just to b sure, that's my suggestion.
If you've already paid i'm sure you can get a refund as there is plenty of time til your trip still.

when i asked about chnaging my ticket from st p to ashford they said they could do it and all i had to pay was a £10 admin fee for the issue of new tickets. Might be worth giving them a call as it would be alot easier from asford. there is a walkway from kings x to the eurotunnel terminal (took bout 3 mins) so if you can get here then you wont have far to walk. :thumbsup2

This may help. When I booked our tickets for the trip we have just returned from, I opted for Ashford, and was assured it was FREE to change. We then decided to go from St Pancras, but I accidentally printed our tickets when we took a sneaky trip at Christmas. I phoned Eurostar and they told me that we could board with the tickets anyway!

I can now confirm that this happened without a hitch!
