If you are staying at a Disney resort you can park there for free. If you are visiting for eating and shopping at the resort you may park for free for 3 hours. If you are asking about going to the resort and parking and then heading onto a theme park then you can only do that by valet parking which I believe just raised to $22 plus tips/day.
Swan/Dolphin hotels are different. if you are staying there I believe parking is $15 plus tax for self parking and close to $30 for valet and I think it is an hourly charge for those not staying with a minium but I have never parked here when not staying so I don't know what it is. If you are eating at one of there signature restaurants or having a spa treatment I believe you get 3 hours of valet or self parking for free (plus tip on valet)
Is is fairly easy to find parking around dinner time at the resorts? We have a BOMA ADR for 7p or something like that. Thinking of driving there from French Quarter since it's our off park day and don't feel like bothering with the bus

shouldn't be a problem. you just let the guard know you are there for dinner at Boma. (show up a little early to take a few minutes to look at the animals on the savanna - it's a beautiful resort.)
We did that very thing. We were at CBR and the thought of doing the whole bus thing was not appealing so I asked the concierge and they told me how to get to AKL. It was very easy and the guard at the entrance was nice. We parked and had our dinner then explored the resort. It is so cool! Since you have a later reservation, you may want to look around before dinner.
