Parking at Resorts - Quick Service Only

I know you used to be able to park at the resorts for shopping/quick service but then they changed it to reservations only for meals or overnight guests. What’s the current status?

There is no official or consistent policy. You'll never get into Yacht/Beach/Boardwalk during Food & Wine, for example.

Mostly it's still a big no. Our guards were not letting anyone park at AKL last week without an actual ADR. I also could not park at GF last week without showing proof of ADR. Even questioned the name on it (my husband's) not matching. But like above poster said, it all depends who's at the gate each day.

Because people take advantage of things like going to poly parking and riding monorail to MK or going to contrmpo and park and walking to MK..thus taking spaces for resort guests etc. so likely not going to be possible in most cases.

Of note, too, I was about 1 1/2 hours early for a reservation at Beaches and Cream and the Guard noted that I was a little too early - but decided I could go on in and park (and fortunately Beaches and Cream could get me in earlier since it was just me). So, having a dining reservation doesn't always guarantee entrée.
