Has anyone used the "Reduced Rate Lot" at Pearson, and can tell me about the service? It's supposedly connected to the airport via 24-hr train. There's a coupon on their website for $52/week tax included. Can someone tell me how accessible the train and parking was.

I've done Park N'Fly in the past and know that their shuttle can be a pain. I'm still not sure whether it's cheaper/better to just get a taxi, but there would be 4 of us.

I have not personally used the service by drive by the train when I don't use the highway.

I don't think I have every seen anybody on it?

The lot is at the far end of the Airport across the street from where the Sheraton is. The train is elevated and looks like it goes directly into the terminal. Reminds me of the Tram at MCO!

My Brother and Brother in law both travel alot for work, and both find it is faster and more econmical to go the limo route.
When you park at any of the lots you have to wait for a shuttle where as with the limo, you can arrange for them to pick you up as soon as you land.
I have done this is and it is quite resonable.

But at $104 for 2 weeks, that's cheaper than a limo to and from Markham. What appeals to me is the idea of a train direct to the terminal rather than a shuttle. Has anyone ridden this?

My husband travels weekly too. He always parks at the regular parking at Pearson. It's $96 for the week, and since it's for business, the cost is covered. We, on the other hand, are more..... economical ;) ... and I don't mind parking further away as long as this train-thing is easy to use with 2 DDs and all our luggage. He has never even heard of this parking lot and Link :confused3

Yes, I have. It's excellent.
In the past, I have used the Valet Park N Fly but this new lot is less expensive and just as convenient, if not more.
You simply park your car on your own, walk a short distance depdending on where you parked, to the station, take an escalator up one floor and wait no more than 3-4 minutes for the short tram ride to both Terminal 3 and then Terminal 1.
It's excellent, inexpensive, quick and convenient. I'll be there again this Saturday
I'm sure I'm finished with Park N Fly.

Thank you. That's what I wanted to hear :thumbsup2 I don't think many people know about it yet.

I have used it several times, and it is much better than waiting for a van. Now that all Air Canda Flights to the states fly out of Terminal 2 it will be even better.
