Parking at other resorts

We are booked into Disney Resort (OKW) but will eat out at other resorts.
Does or parking concession cover free parking at other resorts?

You can park up to three hours at another resort if you have dining reservations there.

You will be given a parking pass to park there. You can also pay for valet parking if you plan on staying longer.

The free parking at the parks does not work the same as the resorts.

If you are paying for valet at the resort that you are staying in it will be honored at the resort you are visiting. For example, we are staying at the GF and using the valet service...when we drive to Boma at AKL the valet parks the car and all we pay is the tips.
