Parking $ at DVC resorts?

I have heard that recently they have started charging for parking at some of the resorts? And a hefty fee at that. $7/night at the Swan/Dolphin. As DVC members do we still have free parking at the DVC resort we are staying at? What about if we visit our home resort, can we park there free as well?

There's no charge to park at any of the Disney-owned resorts. The Swan and Dolphin are owned by Starwood, and set their own policies.

Such as? The only other "deluxe" that I know of that's not Disney owned is Shades of Green.

No Disney owned resort currently charges for parking. There is a time limit of 3 hours at some resorts, unless you are a guest at that resort. Disney hotel guests and DVC resort guests also get free parking at the theme parks.

DVC members also currently get free valet parking at Wilderness Lodge, Beach Club and Boardwalk.
