parking at csr

do you think we would be allowed to leave our car at csr after we check out while were at mk? the bf and i are going next month and leaving on the 18th for orlando, to just spend the night at csr and rest and then check out in the morning before heading to mk for the day but i wanna make sure theres somewhere to leave the car while were there lol

also, can you request a room in the ranchos,cabana or casitas in csr or are you just assigned whichever one they pick? if not, which rooms are the best/most convieniently(sp?) located?

Every Disney resort has guests that check out but leave their cars in the parking lot for a portion of their depature day--it's not a problem. You can request various sections of CSR but requests will be subject to availability.
We have stayed at CSR several times, but I don't know that I would recommend any particular section. It depends on what your priorities are.

Yes, there are plenty of places to safely leave your car parked. You can request a section, but whether you get it depends on availability at check in. Plus, each section is quite large. We requested Casitas and got our request. However.....Casitas Bldg. 1 is very close to the restaurant and lobby. We were put in Casitas 5! A very long walk!

Is there a reason you just don't park the car at the MK? It's free for all resort guests, and that way you can leave right from the park without having to take a bus back to CSR.

We do that every time we go to WDW. Not only can you park your car there after checking out, you can use the pool and even charge things to your room card.
