Parking at Contemp.

Hello Everyone,

Well, my son and I have VERY EARLY breakfast reservations at Chef Mickey's one morning (the only time left)...I will be driving over to Chef Mickeys myself. Is it possible to stay parked at Comtemp. to then take the monorail over to MK or Epcot for the rest of the morning? We'll most likely take the monorail back to the car in the afternoon to then drive over to POP for a afternoon rest. But, if things are going well, we just might stay for the day. I also might leave lunch packed in the cooler in the car...so taking the monorail back to the car for a "cheap lunch" might be great too. So, is it ok to stay parked at the Contemp. since we did have a PS in the morning?

The people at the gate will issue you a temporary, 3 hour parking permit for your breakfast. Technically, you will not be permitted to park there for the duration of the day.

Shells9, is correct they gave me a three hour parking pass last Sunday, and the parking lot where you must park is very near the Gaurd station and they check the cars parked there.

Why not just park your car at the TTC and monorail over to CM. It will take you a little bit longer but not much.

So, is it ok to stay parked at the Contemp. since we did have a PS in the morning?

Just imagine if everyone who had a PS at Chef Mickey's did this... there'd probably not be any parking spaces left at the Contemporary for the guests of that resort.

MinnieFan4ever has an excellent idea. The TTC provides access to the Contemporary, MK and Epcot in a single, easily accessible location.

You can do this if you're willing to pay for valet parking at CR. AFAIK, there is no time limit for valet parking.
