Parking after 6pm

Is there no longer discounted parking for non-Florida restaurants at Citywalk after 6pm?.

We are spending the day at Seaworld then going to Hard Rock Cafe for dinner and would ideally like to avoid 2 full parking charges! Thanks

it has been a long time since non residents were allowed free parking for city walk dining.
nothing on the UO website except below for free evening parking in the garage.




Daily parking fees per vehicle:

• Regular Parking $20.00
• Florida Residents Free after 6:00 pm with proof of residency
  • Proof of Florida Residency: please provide one of the following:
    • Driver's License
    • Florida State-issued ID card (must have Florida address)

2 Potential options to try.

If you have the Orlando Flex Pass, it allows in and out parking between parks. So, you could show your Sea World Parking Receipt and Orlando Flex Pass and park for "free" at Universal.

The second possibility would be to park for the day at the Universal Garage and see if there is a shuttle to take you to Sea World. I know there is a shuttle from the hotels to Sea World and a Shuttle from the Garage area to Busch Gardens. You could contact Sea World about the possible to a shuttle from the garage area to Sea World and the schedule of the shuttle.

yes, the onsite hotels have shuttles and a guest would sign up in the hotel lobby the night prior to reserve their seat on the shuttle bus to SW from there.
I have only seen the morning shuttle to SW schedules of one or two time periods in the morning.

there is a return shuttle near the end of the park day of SW
how many shuttles, don't know for sure.
from what i have read, there are no assigned seats for that return shuttle, more of a "first come, first served" set up.


check with UO to find out if SW shuttles are available from the parking garage.
with increased visitors to all the parks, i would think there would be more.

i think the flex pass would work fine for free parking.
