Parkhopper Passes - can they be exchanged?

Sorry - this is my second post in a row, but I didn't want to lump all of my questions into one thread for fear of one or both not being answered...

My friend just picked up our vacation packet from AAA and said there were 3 parkhopper passes for me, her and her DH: Mickey, Cheshire Cat and one other. She wants to see if she can exchange one of them for Tinkerbell, if possible.

Is it possible to do that? And if so, how or where do we go about doing that?

My guess is that you would have to take them to the ticket booth at the main entrance and see if they will exchange them.

My friend didn't ask at AAA. She noticed them when she got home, and I told her she'd probably have to go to the ticket booth. I'm not too jazzed about that because I didn't want to waste any time, but then again, on our first day we won't be getting there until after noon, so we'll have already missed magic morning that day.

I don't think you can exchange them - at least not at the ticket booths (and I'm not sure if you could at WDTC). There is WDTC in DTD so you could probably phone and ask if it is possible..... These are not the passes you get when you purchase tickets at the ticket booths.

I wondered the same thing I got mickey,buzz,snowwhite and cat so I called WDT and they said they could not but when I get there I'm going to ask at the ticket booth.

I called the main WDTC number this morning, and the lady told me that I could always try asking the office at Downtown Disney. She said, and I quote "I cannot guarantee they will exchange it for you, but you can always ask." Good luck to you!
