Park Vue Inn Question

Has anyone stayed at the Park Vue Inn? Would appreciate any info regarding this hotel.

We stayed here for one night in March before switching to the Grand Californian. It is an old motel from the 50's or early 60's. It has no character whatsoever and it isn't really big. The pool is next to the parkinglot and it looked to be an okay size but was bland. Our room was in the back area and was pretty big. The rooms closer to the front appeared to be smaller. The decore was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was a very large dressing area with a small vanity, coffee maker and fridge. Batrhroom area was your normal motel sized tub and toilet area. The location is superb and is a minute (or less) walk to the stop light across Harbor Blvd into the pronmanade. The worst part ( for me) was that the insulation was thin and we could hear the people talking out in the parkinglot and walking along the balconey. Luckily (and quite surprisingly) everyone was in bed and quite by 11:00!!!
If you got a good price on it, it is a superb location and decent little motel. If you are looking for a nice place with some atmosphere, nice pool area and such. This will probably dissapoint.
