Park Vue Inn or Desert Inn

Oh i lie - don't go to the trouble of digging up the pics - I just looked and that will put us up $400 bucks more. Or at least $300 with the deal they have on now. I think we really have to decide between 2 bathrooms. OR Bunk beds OR sofa bed suite and one less day.

So the Park Vue rooms look lovely! Two bathrooms at DI is very tempting but the rooms don't seem like they can even compare. I think we will stick with our bunk bed room at Park Vue. I think. :-P. We talked and we feel like we won't need a kitchenette. It would be nice but not necessary. I *think* the 9 year old would prefer to be on the bunk bed than on a pull out couch. Gosh I wish that 3 queen suite was available!!!

Honestly, we've never used the kitchenette either! But, it seems to be a fallacy that a lot of people think they will need it ;) When my DD was 9, she would have preferred the bunk bed, too... I didn't give her the option, though, because she doesn't sleep (at all!) if someone else is in the room, so we have to have a suite.

We're going with Desert Inn and Suites. We are bringing dd's boyfriend, so the two adjoining rooms are perfect. We could have gotten a less expensive room, and squeezed us all in, with bf sleeping on a sofa bed, but we wanted some privacy. And having two full bathrooms is pretty much priceless!!! We'll have a boys room and a girls room...so no need to worry about covering up!!! It would have been nice to have a better pool area, as well as a better 'free' breakfast, but the two bathrooms will go a long way toward making up for those things being lesser.
