Hey everyone,

I am not sure where to post this question, so I thought to start with you guys. What I am looking for is videos of the parks. You know the ones you can usually buy at the parks, I think one is called A Day at Disneyland? I hear of people having these tapes, & I have seen them at the parks in the past, but where can I get them when I am not there. & I haven't seen them even at the parks now. Does anyone have any info on these? Or even know what I am talking about? Thanks for you help!! Cristen

No answers but I will bump this up for you... Good luck in your search.

You're right, usually they sell these tapes at the parks. If they aren't available now, maybe they are getting ready for a new update. I think they now also sell DVD's of the same product.

The earliest "Day at Disneyland" I have is copyright 1982 and is number 73VS. It has a clamshell case. I'd guess, this is the earliest version. I also have a newer version with no copyright I can easily find, in a paper slipcase. I think it's mid to late 90's.

The WDW version of the early video is called "A Dream called Walt Disney World", number 35VS, also a clamshell, c.1981

The first EPCOT vid is called "WALT DISNEY WORLD EPCOT Center-A Souvenir Program", clamshell, copyright 1983, # 162 VS.

There is also a "A Day at the Magic Kingdom", and "a day at EPCOT CENTER", both are clamshell, no number, no outer copyright date. I think probably mid-late 90's.

There was also a tape of the Lion King Parade and the ELP, both from DL (late 90's).

I don't think they put copyright dates on the tapes any longer so they can sell them for several years at a time, and not appear dated.

If you are looking for these older copies, try eBay. Hope this has been some help...

Try these people they are Disney fan-addics.

look in thier store they have everything from pins to checks and if they dont have it they have links to other Disney places.

Good luck

Thank you so much for your help. I did find one at ebay, but had to go to work & was outbidded. The other one I found was at half.com & they wanted like 174.00!!!! I will try intercot, thanks again. Cristen

Don't pay $174.00!

I just looked at eBay and they have 3 different versions of "A Day at Disneyland", including the first one.

I'll bet you can get one for somewhere between $10.00 to $25.00.

Just have patience....

I just saw that also, thanks. I have a couple of the vacation planning videos for WDW & DL. My daughters watch them over and over. So I thought if I could get those for them, they would enjoy them more than the vacation ones. Ok, me too.:p
