Park touring question

Hi everyone,
Going to WDW for the 50th October 3-6 with my DD .

My plans are:

Sunday - HS (landing 9:00am so this is usually our first day park since we are not into Star Wars at all)
Monday - EP
Tuesday - MK
Wednesday - MK (before we need to leave for home )

I noticed that MK closes at 8:30 for Boo Bash on Tuesday, but I also know that MK on Monday is usually not a good time to go because it tends to be a busier day, should I switch my EP and MK days for the extra 30 minutes (9:00 instead of 8:30).

I would say, Don't switch. When MK closes earlier due to a party, it will be much less crowded all day long than than the non-party day.

Now to add to my question above:

they just extended MK hours until 11pm Sunday and Monday and MK closes at 8:30 on Tuesday, should I add hoppers to my Tickets and go to EP Monday morning and then in the evening to MK, And on Tuesday do MK in the morning and EP in the evening?

sorry if it sounds confusing, but was just wondering if park hopping would be better.

I would add hoppers if I knew for sure I would hop. It used to be a option for me, but then I would never use it. So now I don't get it unless it's cheaper/same price.
