I have two park hopper tickets (five day) and was wondering how they hold up being that they are made of paper. I purchased them at AAA. Can they be laminated? If so, I know they will hold up better. Last time I went to WDW it was as a land/sea pkg deal and they were the credit card type. I hope someone can answer this question. Thanks!!!
 
DO NOT LAMINATE THEM! They have to go through the strip reader at the turnstiles and on Fastpass machines. If you laminate them, they could possibly jam up in the machines.

I have never had a problem with the "paper" passes not holding up to our time in the parks. They seem to be made of something stronger than just regular paper.
 
You should have no trouble with your "paper" passes.

One suggestion: keep them in the jacket they give you or in with your credit cards. This will help keep them from getting bent or curled. Have seen many a guest come up to our Fastpass machines with "paper" cards they had folded in half or put in their pocket. Have removed many from the Fastpass machines after they got stuck.

The paper tickets will last as long as you take care of them. Keep them in the tri-fold "wallet" AAA should have given you, and caring them in a Ziplock baggie to keep them dry. I also keep them inside a zipped pocket in my fanny pack to boot.

(If AAA didn't give you one of the tri-fold paper wallets, I'm sure they can give you one at any WDW ticket location.)
