I have been looking at various sites to find the cheapest place to buy park tickets & have found 'orlando-ticket-deals.co.uk'.

I have previously always waited until I get there before purchasing the tickets. So my questions are:

Is it best to buy in UK before you go?

If yes has anyone used the above site for tickets & are they OK?

Are there any other recommendations?

I thought about this company too, but I got a price match from Attraction Tickets Direct .co.uk........have used them before and although they aren't the cheapest (probably a few poun ds more) I would recommend their service as second to none........:wizard:

I usually purchase before I go, but depending on your plans and the good exchange rate at the moment, it could be worth looking at the tickets available in the US which have tend to different durations than UK tickets.

Yes I have used them a couple of times and have had no problems.

Are there any other recommendations?

Have a look at http://www.onlineflorida.co.uk/ I haven't used them but they were the cheapest I found, when I looked a couple of weeks ago.

We purchased from them twice and were pleased - although we did need to phone them up twice to chase up the tickets. Overall great though. They have a price promise on their website - "won't be beaten on price. If you find the same price from another UK based company, we will match the price". I wanted to book through again but found the tickets were 4 pound cheaper at Travel City Direct so I emailed them (Orlando Tickets Direct) and straight away they said no problem and honoured the lower price.:thumbsup2

Merlin,
I'm almost certain that Attraction Tickets Direct and Orlando Ticket Deals are the same company! Both times when my tickets arrived from OTDirect the envelope had Attraction Tickets Direct printed on it!

There are many different places to buy your tickets, we prefer to wait till we get out there and buy from Maple Leaf on the 192, they issue actual tickets at discounted prices. They do post to the UK also.

Ordered Seaworld tickets from Orlando ticket deals last week, they arrived on Thursday (7 days from order to delivery) and they are real tickets. My only complaint is they e-mailed me to say they were on their way by special delivery and they required a signature. They landed on the mat regular first class post therefore no signature required. I e-mailed them back saying as I had had some post go missing in the past I would have preferred they were delivered by special delivery, their reply was they would have replaced the tickets if they had have gone missing and if I contact the person who e-mailed me personally he would make sure my next order was dealt with by himself. I would highly recommend them. First class service and prices.

We have always used Attraction Tickets Direct and found them to be very reliable. Like Merlin says, they are a few pounds more, but worth it.

We've used Orlando Ticket Deals and found them very good we're very impressed with how quickly the REAL tickets came by Special Delivery (cost included in the price) and how friendly the staff are.

First thing you need to do is decide which tickets you are going to purchase as some are only available in the UK like the 14/21 day Ultimate tickets.
If you don't know which tickets post how many days you want in each park, do you want to hop on same day?
I would say then when you have decided what you are going to buy post the best price you have found, then members like myself will let you know if we have seen them cheaper anywhere.

Thanks for all your input. Don't need tickets just yet, looking to see best sites at mo. I have just booked for July 2008 with Virgin (got 10% off as am Frequent Virgin member) 1st trip for my daughter who will be 5 while we are there. I am a bit!!! excited about planning this holiday looking into prices for everything way in advance. Did I mention I'm excited.

By the way 'Wayneg' we have booked the Fairfield Inn at Marriott Village & notice you are going there at Easter, please please let me know what's it like, thanks.

Probably best waiting until into the new year and looking whats available for tickets they might have new options out next year.

I will try remember to let you know about the hotel, we get back on the 22nd April, so send me a PM if I have not sent you one by the 25th, I can be forgetful. Stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott(Palm Parkway) last August and that was fantastic, hope this is as good.
I know what you mean about being excited, this will be about our 14th visit and get just as excited about going every time.:woohoo: :cheer2:

Just look at that chick ticker below, 7 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wayneg. Will definitely drop you a reminder. Wish I was going this year, but then I wouldn't have something to look forward to next year, (not so flush moneywise since we had our daughter).

Have a really great time (i'm sure you will).
