Hi!

Hope someone can help - my brother has just bought disney park tickets from disney.co.uk, and was given a barcode / reference number to collect them with once he gets to Disney. Is that right? I have just realised I have only ever booked through Virgin so I'm not sure how Disney does it!

Thanks!

i got the same, (ie a barcode) when i linked through with quidco, wasnt given an option of posting.
thought it was strange,

I ordered my Halloween Party tickets on the phone from Disney. I was also given a reference number and asked if I wanted 'Will Call' which apparently means that you go to any customer service desk and they'll issue tickets (one outside each park & also at Downtown Disney). If you're staying on site they'll add to your Key to the World (Room Key) when you check in.

yup its normal

I bought mine that way this year .... took the print out to TTC and collected my tickets there, they just scan the code.

We used Will call Kiosks for our universal tickets this year and worked fine but need need the credit card I booked with, not sure if Deisney will ask for that

Oh thats a handy hint thanks - will tell him!

We did the same this year and although it didn't state you could get the tickets from Downtown Disney - we did without any fuss whatsoever. Just went to the information desk next to Mickey Traders - just had to show them my passport. :thumbsup2
