Park Tickets From AAA - Still Good Deal

I was looking for Disney World park hopping tickets for 4 days. The new adult MYW tickets were $235, I found them discounted at ticket brokers for $225. AAA is still selling 4 day Park Hopper passes $213. Seemed like the best deal.

BTW, if I remember correctly, AAA had a special parking area or priviledges at the Magic Kingdom. Is this still the case? Is their other Disney AAA benefits?

Thanks for reminding me to check AAA. I'm not to crazy about the new ticket packages and would like to see what AAA has to offer.

There is a special parking area for people with a AAA Diamond Parking Pass. :D The area is next to the handicapped area at the parks, however it does not give you free parking.
I'm not sure about any other benefits.

I was just on AAA's website and can't find the section for the Disney passes. Can somebody point me in the right direction.

Our local AAA office is having a Disney night tomorrow since January is Disney Month at AAA so I will report back anything exciting I might hear.

I went on AAA's website, entered my zipcode to get to my local AAA(Southern New England). Then click on the "Travel" page. In the upper left hand corner, it says "Discounted Tickets" and has links for "Walt Disney World", "Universal Orlando" and more. The link to Disney World is(not sure if it will work for you):

How do you get the AAA Diamond Parking Pass? Parking should be free because we are staying on property.

The Parking Pass usually only comes with certain packages. The pass isn't meant to save you money but to allow you to park closer to the parks than where you would normally park if directed by the cast members in those spiffy yellow outfits. ;)

It all depends on your local AAA office, last year mine gave me one when I bought a park hopper there, but some offices you have to book a package through them. Still others have been able to just go into an office and ask for one.

I'm hoping :wizard: to get one this year from a fellow DIS'er , because we purchased annual passes this year.

I'm a member of AAA and just bought the annual pass from the Disney Store-
all I had to do to get the Diamond Parking pass from AAA was to go there, give them my AAA card and I told them I had bought hooper passes last year and didn't get to go, so I asked if i could have a 2005 parking pass in exchange for the 2004 parking pass I brought with me. No Problems!! These Parking Passes are wonderful--you get to park up close to the parks with minimum walking-also the lots are never full.

Thanks BoCat,
We may have to try that, as we have the unused park-hopper but we don't have the 2004 pass anymore :guilty:
