Park tickets at Canadian Disney stores?

Does anyone know what park tickets are available at Canadian Disney stores? I have some friends staying offsite in 2 weeks and I thought it would be best to buy tickets in advance so they can link them to their MDE accounts and be reading to book their FP+ on their first park day. Are the prices the same as what you'd pay at the gate?

Offsite guest can't use MDE to get fastpass + right now, only guests who have a valid resort reservation, the only exception is to AP holders that have magic bands from a previous visit.

Also I'm not sure if they sell park tickets anymore.

Thanks! That's too bad. I know you can get them at CAA, but I'm not sure if my friends are members are not.

Re: MDE, it's my understanding that it's still a good idea for offsite guests to link their park tickets, so that when they arrive at the parks each day, it will be quicker to book their FP+.

The problem i it will only let on site guest book FP + right now they are supposed to start testing soon for AP holders. From the sounds of it I don't think they have plans to extend making FP + on the MDE app any further the AP's and WDW resort guest. I have even read on another board where poel have been limited to making FP + reservations to the length of time they are staying on on property only, even if they have tickets for a longer amount of time.
