We recently spent two great days at Universal. On the evening of the first day, my DH lost his ticket! At first he freaked, as he has a tendency to do, until I told him it was no problem. When I got our tickets in the mail, the first thing I did was take a picture of both our tickets, front and back. Went to Guest Relations, showed them my ticket and the ticket pics on my phone, and they reissued the ticket. no fuss no muss! The funny part was that my DS has an AP and I told him to take a pic of his ticket when he got it last spring. He obviously didn't as he was quickly taking one if his AP when he saw ours replaced so easily!

Glad to hear everything got taken care of so easily. You DS probably doesn't need a picture of his AP. They have the information in the computer. So, as long as you have ID, you can get your AP replaced. They will replace a lost AP once for free. After that, they reserve the right to charge you for it.

Great tip! I do the same thing with my kids...I take their pics every morning before entering the parks, so I can show a pic of them in what they are wearing, in case they get lost.
Hasn't happened yet, but a quick return would be a big bonus!
