Park ticket exchange question?

I have a park hopper plus ticket that has 1 day left for the main parks and 2 plusses left on the ticket. I am planning to park hop one day and go to magic kingdom one day. I would like to keep the plusses for future visits. Now my questions is, can I transfer to a new ticket and add on one day or would be better to just buy a ticket for one day in the park? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated ,thanks in advance.

OK, this is what we are looking at. Your 2 plusses on the exsisting ticket have no value when applying them to a new ticket. The only thing that would be applied is the amount you paid originally for your 5 day PH divided by 5, to give you the one day credit. You would end up having to buy a 5 day MYW ticket with the plus feature, the non expiring feature and the hopper feature to get what you want, as all original options must appear on the new ticket. You are DEFINITELY better off keeping your ticket as is and buying a one day MYW for MK.
