This may be a silly question but if I use ParkSavers or another discount outlet, can I link those tickets to MDE before our trip? I'm wanting to be sure we can make fast pass plans at the 90 day point, but if we have to claim our tickets on a specific date I'm not sure how that would work.

Yes you can link them from ParkSavers. I purchased ticket thru them recently and received the code to link it to my MDE within a few days. You will get a confirmation email for purchasing the ticket and a second email few days later with the code. I'm not sure if other discount outlets work they same way.

FP+ reservations can be made at 60 days prior to arrival if you're staying onsite. 30 days if you're staying offsite.

Nope. Plenty of people who stay offsite buy from Parksavers. They don't have either of those.

However, if you want to make FP+ at 60-days, you will need to have your Disney Resort confirmation number linked in MDE so that the system recognizes that you are an onsite guest.
