Park restaurants open later if park closes at 10pm

Our first night is a Sunday, and the park is open until ten.

Does anyone know if this means places in the park to eat will be open in the evening, both ts and cs?

It should do. But the only way you can be completely sure before you go, is by ringing the dining reservation line.

sometimes they are open later, sometimes they are not. As Bexx says, the only way to know for sure is to call Disney dining reservations and ask them (and even then they'll only know for the table/buffet service restaurants, not the counter service ones).
