Park reservations with a resort package

I'm curious if anyone has run into a problem booking park reservations when their tickets are part of a package? We have the Grand Californian booked for August and have a 'reserve parks' button that shows up in reservation details. HOWEVER, when I click the button, it does the 'loading' modale and then stays on the page and doesn't take us to actually reserve parks. Getting anxious and antsy in the pantsy over here. :p
 
I had some trouble with this as well. Trying clearing cache or using a private/incognito window. I did the latter and it magically worked for me.

Thank you! I had tried clearing cache and even using a different browser and none of that worked. Incognito did the trick!
 
I've been wondering about how this worked since we purchased our tickets as part of a resort package as well, wasn't sure how easy it was when it came to setting up park reservations (our trip isn't until Dec) - thank you for the info!


If I can just ask, were you or have you been able to link your park tickets and hotel reservation to your Disney app? I only have the confirmation number and it states that is an invalid ticket number when I try to apply it under "link tickets". Wondering if the tickets' number is something I'll get later as we get closer to making our park reservations or something I should have received already (and maybe missed?).

Im running into this as well.. I keep trying to call, but end up having to hang up before they answer (or theyre already closed when Im done with work). Ive also tried to chat with support on the app, but they just close it without responding after several hours of it sitting at the 'higher than usual volumes' message. If I ever get a reply I'll let you know.. I'm on lunch and on hold again right now. :bored:
 
I can understand that I've been trying to get through with no success. A few weeks ago I encountered the same issue, finally clicked to speak to a representative in Spanish - it worked, got someone on the line within a minute! I might have to try that again 🤷
 
I may also... its been over an hour and a half now and no response on the phone or chat. :crazy2:
