Park reservations vs resort reservations

We have made reservations for our daughter and her family to go to WDW in October. Because I am immune compromised we have not been to WDW since Covid started. I understand that besides the resort reservation , you have to make park reservations. How does that work? I haven’t a clue. The resort reservations are in our daughter’s name. Can she just proceed calling WDW and making park reservations or what? TIA.

Once you have park tickets, you can make park reservations.

Once she has park admission tickets for her trip, she can make park reservations via her MDE account. See instructions HERE.

Your daughter needs an MDE account and tickets linked to that account. (The reservation also needs to be linked to her MDE account). She will see the option to make park reservations in the MDE app.
