Park reservations vent....

I'm going to DL the first week of August and will be going on the 2,3 and 5th. 3 day park hoppers. Yesterday I went on both the app and website on my phone to make reservations for the first day. It showed up as unavailable and the app doesn't even have any August days up. So I used my laptop and made reservations for the first day, then when I hit "confirm" it immediately shows the calendar as having it not available. I let it go for a few hours then notice an email saying my Park reservation is confirmed. Great! So this morning I go on the website on my laptop then on the app and directly to the website on my phone. Same thing August 3rd isn't up. It is when I checked the availability calendar, but when I finally go to make a theme park reservation it's blocked out. Have any of you Disers had the same problem? I called Disneyland and they said the day is definitely available, that maybe I should check in a few hours. Sigh!!! I miss the pre pandemic days of DL planning. Buying a ticket and just showing up.

Have you tried deleting your cache? Or using an incognito tab? I'm looking at around the same days and all show as available.

No I haven't, but I will. The calendar shows available, it's just when I go to make Park reservations it's not.

Would it possibly be because you have 3 park hopper tickets and you're only able to select 2 days so far? August 5th won't be open till this Thursday for reservations.

Or using an incognito tab?

I used the incognito tab and it worked. I made the reservations. Thanks for reminding me about this. But I still don't like having to make park reservations .

I'm making reservations one day at a time. I used the incognito tab and it worked right away.

So it works on the incognito browser, so why not on the regular ones? I can't be the only clueless person about this, lol.

Cache I think, I work with websites and I despise cache cause it's always an issue eventually. If you are in an incognito tab then there is no cache for the website to access.

i am going through something similar right now-it told me i can book today for august/september but its not letting me (aug 30, 31 and sept 2....our package starts the 25th of august). I am very confused-when exactly can i make reservations?


Update: when trying a different browser it went haywire and started denying me access. What gives?

You can book 120 days out, so you'll have to wait another week or two.
