Park Reservation System Thoughts. On-site vs Off-site

With all the changes to on-site benefits, I wanted to get thoughts on something like this:

For on-site:
No Park Reservations required
No restrictions on park hopping (unless the park is at capacity)

For off-site
The system in place today

I think that's a nice idea, but I wouldn't expect nice things from the mouse anymore.
