Park Regency @ Park City, UT

Has anyone stayed at the Park Regency Condominium located in Prospector Square in Utah? It is one of the II trading condos. I'm not trading points for it.

I have reservations for a 1Br during the 2002 SLC Olympics. Is it nice? Is it roomy? Is it old? Can I get around using the shuttle service? How far is it the ski slopes?
