Park passes & Charging privledges

If I rent points from a DVCer can we have our park passes and charge privledges tied to our room key?

If you rent points, it is for the room accommodation only.

At check in, you will be asked to provide a credit card. All room charges, including park passes, will be linked to YOUR credit card.

Be sure that the reservation has your name on it. You will not be able to check in without your name on the reservation.

You can only have your park passes tied to your room key if you buy the passes at check in. If you do that, yes - the passes will be tied to your room key. If you buy the passes anywhere else or in advance, you cannot have them tied to the room key.

As long as you give the front desk CM a credit card, you can charge back to your room with your room key.

The above are true for any on site WDW resort - it's not unique to the DVC resorts.
