Park Pass Reservation on Mobile

I’ve been trying to make changes to my park pass reservations on my phone all day and it just keeps looping between making me sign in, then taking me back to the main Disney world page. I’ve tried Safari and Chrome, both regular and incognito windows, and I no mater what I do, I can’t get to it. Anyone have any tips? I’m getting really annoyed. Is there someone at the resorts who would be able to help me if I continue having issues?

We’re leaving tomorrow for our trip, so I don’t have access to a computer.
