Sorry I didn't get back to these boards sooner. My aunt gave me the directions on how to get the $103 rate at Embassy Suites. I'll copy her directions from her e-mail to me below. I hope it helps!
So, go on www.hilton.com and search hotels by the philly airport. Then, it'll give you either embassy suites or hilton. I did the net direct rate so I can't cancel now, but it's $30 cheaper. Expedia told me these hotels were not available on July 9, but the direct hilton website gave it to me. I also called Embassy Suites just to make sure I could park ahead of my reservation, and they said yes.
