Park Merchandise Question

I called ShopDisney to ask about some items I saw on their website, now gone, to see if they would get more. It is park merchandise. They said no more. Once it is gone, that is it. So, I asked them if they had the number handy for merchandising where I could call and order. They told me that Disney will no longer sell park merchandise on the phone. I looked online and I see where 2 websites said this as well.

So, is there any way to get park merchandise if it is not on ShopDisney? The Parks Shop App is garbage unless you are in the park already and I REFUSE to use a personal shopper.

Some 3rd party retailer like Ebay might be your only option then, as it seems all of your official Disney avenues won't work. You might be paying more, but if it's something you really want then that's your best option.

Park Merchandising does still exist. You can call them at 877.560.6477 to request assistance.

Note that if the park item has just been released, such as the Christmas Dooney & Bourke bags, they cannot sell those over the phone until it has been in the parks for 2 weeks.

Poshmark is another 3rd party retailer to try, especially if it's clothing or accessories
