There is an item I would like, but it's sold out online. I know they have it in the parks. If I called a resort gift shop, could I purchase it over the phone and have them ship it to me?

You cannot but there are personal Disney shoppers that do this for a living if the item is important to you. For a fee, of course.

Thank you. That is good to know, but I can just be patient for our trip or wait for it to come back in stock. It's not a super need at the moment!
