Park Hours

We'll be at Disney on July 9th for four days. I was actually surprised to see that the latest a park will be open is 11:00 p.m. Is this early for the summer. I would think because summer is one of the busiest times they would be open to at least midnight.

Kinda disappointing.

It is disappointing

From a logical sense, it seems Disney took a few hours from MK and gave them to AK
(AK is now open a few hours later than it was last summer)

The other reason... Where's the people? Currently TT, Soarin, TSMM, RnR, ToT, EE... Are all 40 minute or lower standby times. This is more like fall wait times, which gets you closer to fall park hours.

That's good to know that the wait times will be shorter. I have never been to Disney in the middle of summer. The past 7 plus trips have all been in January. When we first started going in January the waits weren't too bad. But as the years passed the lines got longer and longer. So, I am expecting super long lines in July. I hope the 40 minute and less standby lines continue.

There are still several waits >40 min this summer.
But there are normally many waits above 120 in the summer (often the headliners I listed earlier), and those super high waits have been rare the past few weeks.
