I looked around online but had no luck finding them for Jan 2014. Anyone know?

They aren't posted yet. Just go backwards in the current calendar to get last year's hours. That will give you a good indication for next year.

Not generally...unless a new attaction opens then park hours might be tweaked a little to handle the increased crowds but not much changes otherwise.
