Park hours vs seating times

I know they just anounced the Sept park times but the dining times have not been extended.. do you think they will or if the park closes at 8 is 5:45 REALLY the last seating?!?

I think Disney releases timesi n batches. I believe the closer you get , then the later times become available. I have heard they release more about 3 weeks prior.

I called for a PS to crystal palce and the latest time they could give me for dinner was 5:10, she said after Sept. hours come out I could call back and try to get a later time. MK will close either at 6pm or 8 pm during our stay.

Which restaurant? My thinking is they release them in batches to keep the restaurant full and then staff accordingly. They would rather have the restaurant full until 7:00 and then begin to cleanup rather than have it half full until 8:00 and have to pay staff for another hour.

I'm having the same issues with Prime Time @ MGM and CRT @ MK. I secured ressies in the 5opm range, but we prefer to dine later at CRT cause that day the park will be open until 11:30pm (according to the projected EMH). I'm planning to keep checking back.

I had the same experience booking the Fantasmic dining. I saw that the park closes at 8, but when I called last week, before the hours were out, all I could get was 3:30. I almost had 4:00 but I also have a GG of 12. I'm hoping to get something a little later. I don't know when to call back though. I think I read somewhere... something like 30 days before they add later times? I'm afraid to wait too long since we have a large group and need 2 tables. I guess I'll keep checking back before then.
