Park hours question

I know Disney is releasing park hours many months sooner now than in the past. My question is - how often do they change these hours and EMH parks?

We are going next March. I have to call for ADR in Sep. How set will those park hours be that I get in Sep, when Mar finally rolls around?

Hi,

There is no way of knowing. Right now the hours and EMH do not change drastically, but they do change from time to time. You just have to keep checking back between September and March.

As far as hours go, they are USUALLY not reduced, just increased if crowds are anticipated to be higher than originally projected.

Do they usually add those as extra magic hours? We'd really like to do some of those since we're staying on site. It sounds like a big advantage for hotel guests.

I printed out the hours for the theme parks and parades, Wishes, Illuminations, and Fantasmic two days before we went, and Fantasmic was supposed to be held at 9 pm and again at 10 pm the day we were planning to do MGM, but found out when we arrived at MGM and got the actual schedule for the day that it changed to just one Fantasmic a 9 pm. This was about five days after I printed out the hours and, naturally, I had planned on doing the 10 pm one. So, you just never know, but if the hours change, just go with the flow. After all, you're on vacation.
