Park hours and EMH

Just been looking at April's park hours, and as we not staying onsite we cant use the EMH we know. On some days it says there are EMH, what i cant work out is when they are for, the morning (does not really matter) but the evening ones we cant work out if the park is open till the time it says for us that dont use EMH or that is the time including EMH !! and is does include it for the evenings what time do us mortals have to leave ?

EMH's are in addition to the scheduled times, so you should start to leave by the time shown on the timetable, although they do allow you to linger shopping etc you cannot get on any rides or go into any shows. If you click on the EMH link then that will tell you if it is a morning or evening EMH.
