So it appears by 60 day window will open before the late August hours are posted. Worried at what I'm supposed to do for WOC package if I don't know if one or two shows. Or if it's going to be showed on weekdays.
Just book a few days at Wine Country Trattoria and hope WOC is that night?

I've been watching the WOC dessert party reservations for August really closely, and checking right when they open up each morning. So far, it appears that WOC is showing only once Mon-Fri, and twice Sat/Sun, which is really strange because Fridays usually have full nighttime entertainment . If it were me, I'd make a couple of different reservations and wait for the calendar to post.

Well, I spoke too soon. Monday, Aug 15 is showing 2 WOC parties. I can't figure out what they're doing with August.

Where are you actually seeing that? I'm only seeing up to 3rd week of July. We will be there from the 19th-23rd,
