Park Hour Changes...................

Do the Park hours change each year or do they tend to keep them the same every year?

I was disappointed to hear that the park closed at 6pm during the week last November.....
Thats so early!

Just wondering if there is a possibility that they might increase the time this year. 7pm sounds good enough,
But 6pm sounds too early to me.... Especially it being the Christmas Season during November time.

They may vary if it's busier than last year - who knows.
I think the week we were there in November dlp was open until 7 and studios until 7 some days and 6 on others.
if you have dinner outside the park it's usually enough time, plus the days it closes early are usually quiet days so you get loads don with less queues.
but i wish it opened later too!

I can sign this to 100%.

November is one of the best months to visit DLRP because the park is not very crowded.
And on busier days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) during this time the park is open longer.

Hours have been fairly consistent over the last few years with a couple of celebration evenings where hours were extended.

Hopefully evening EMH might be an option for guests

We have been every year in November for a good few years, except last year as we went to WDW end October.
When we started going, the main park was open til 8pm every night, with Fantillusion on at 7.30 every night and midweek crowds were fantastically low.
Then they changed Fanti to 7pm - even better because you could get in some rides afterwards, almost as if you had the park to yourself.
In 2006, they changed to closing the park at 7pm, but with Fanti still on at 7pm, it was still fab, but crowds were noticeably up on previous years. Weekends were open later.

Last year though - 6pm - that's really early and I think that would spoil it a little bit, as the weekends are really busy at that time.

So, it could go either way this year. I don't think it will get any earlier but it certainly could go back to being a bit later, especially as crowd levels generally seem to be steadily increasing. I still think, whatever happens, that November must be one of the best times ever to visit DLP.

It seems to be morning EMH thats being offered this year - not evening.
