I do not want to drive so how do I get from Epcot to Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach?

As far as I know your best bet would be to walk to one of the Epcot resorts (Looks like the Yacht/Beach Club would be your best bet) and take a bus from there. I don't think they have any busses that run directly between Epcot and the water parks.

Actually, you can.

If going to Blizzard Beach, you would take the Animal Kingdom bus. This stops at Blizzard Beach before going to AK.

If going to Typhoon Lagoon use the Downtown Disney bus. It stops at Typhoon Lagoon before going on to DTD.
