hi!!

i'm planning a food and wine 21st birthday/late honeymoon/first visit (for my husband) for september 11th-14th. tenative plan is to arrive late the 11th, go to epcot on sunday the 12th and do a mini DATW (not the whole circuit, i am a lightweight!) , and then the 13th is where things are dicey.

so my last visit was in like 2010, and we only did magic kingdom. so i've never been to epcot, DHS, or AK. my husband has NEVER been to disney. we were planning on adding the park hopper option to our tickets so we could do this:
  • the 11th - arrive at MCO around 8:30 + ??? in the evening/night
  • the 12th - spend day at epcot +mid day/early evening break/exit+ ???? in the evening
  • the 13th - spend 1st half at DHS +mid day break + hop to MK at 2:00pm OR spend 1st half of day at MK and hop to DHS
  • the 14th - eaaaaarly departure
however, as i was writing this i realized we have a potential 3rd option to hit all four in 2 days:
  • the 12th - spend pre 2pm at epcot + mid-day break + hop to either DHS or AK
  • the 13th - spend pre 2pm at DHS or MK + hop to whichever park hasn't been hit
we're not huge star wars people and the only thing i'd want to do is grab some souvenirs for a friend who loves SW, so we aren't dying for ROTR but i'd consider accepting the challenge of trying to get boarding passes at 7am for fun lol. i'm also not trying to hit absolutely everything in one day/1/2 day, keep a semi-relaxed but organized pace. (i need to work on my spreadsheet & budget today during baby's naps)

which option do y'all think would be best? feel free to suggest something different! 🥰

I’d do DHS/Epcot on same day due to proximity. You also have multiple transportation options to speed up the hop, with skyliner, walk or boat. I’d start in DHS, because it opens earlier and Epcot open later.

the other day I’d start in AK and end in MK due to hours, unless you’d prefer a full day at MK. There’s so much to do, you could easily spend all day there.

My initial plan would be this:
12th: Morning at AK then end at EP.
13th: Morning at MK then end at DHS.

However, keep an eye on the park hours for when you are going to be visiting. I would potentially reverse the parks on the 13th, depending on what each of those park's hours are.
