Park hopping after emh

First time visitor. Our trip was moved from September to November due to Irma. As a result, we lost many of our carefully planned ADRs and fastpasses, and are scrambling to replan. I need to know if this idea is ridiculous/realistic.

We did not obtain a flight of passage fp for the day we intend to do Animal Kingdom. However, the next day is the morning emh for AK (which we planned to do magic kingdom. Our fast passes on that day do not start until 10:30 and we are planning to attend magic kingdom for two full days. As I have heard you have better luck with fop on morning emh days, would it be insane to rope drop the AK morning emh to ride flight of pandora and then drive over to MK to spend most of the day there? Thanks!!
