Park Hopping - ADR

Not unheard of, depending on the day and time. Given the social distancing restrictions, less seating is available.

park reservations are not tied to dining. If there is no availability it has nothing to do w hopping. just booked right now

You can, but an ADR doesn't guarantee you'll get into the second park.

You actually need to have a park reservation and the ADR it can't be for the one you plan to hop to.
It says it at the bottom of the bookings. We have a trip next month and it says it under the places that require reservations.

You need to be able to get into the park to use the ADR but a park reservation isn't required to book an ADR. People are definitely making ADRs for the park they're planning on hopping to. It's risky, but there's nothing stopping you from doing it.

I have actually made ADRs for Epcot most days and we have not had a reservation for Epcot any days. We have hopped to Epcot almost every day as it’s the park that is open the latest. Granted the numbers at the parks have been low this week so not sure this would work out if things were busier.

Keep checking, last night I was able to get dinner reservations for Sat and Sun evening over President's Day.
