Park Hopping - 2pm rule still in place?

We have annual pass and reservations made, but is the rule still that park hopping is after 2pm?

You can hop to a different park any time after entering the initial park for which you made a park reservation. The 2 p.m. rule applies if you are entering your first park of the day without a park reservation. However, as PP mentioned, you cannot enter MK on Saturday or Sunday at any time without a park reservation, unless you are hopping from another park.

Additional info - park to park buses do not start running until 10AM.
